Oolong, Yerba Mate, Lime leaf Extract, Lotus leaf, Ginger Root & Rhubarb Root.
HOW TO USE

Place 1 teaspoon of the blend in a mug or Teami Tumbler and add hot water! Allow 3-5 minutes to flavor.
